Innovo Management previously had a custom built website that was difficult for their team to make updates and changes. We built them a new website with a simple backend CMS to allow them to easily update their roster of artists and influencers and their Innovo team members. This provided Innovo with the tools to manage their website day-to-day and be able to make updates as their team and roster grows. We also built an automated workflow to streamline their sales process for their influencer management business. We built a crawler to make it easier to locate specific influencers on TikTok based on hashtag search and follower counts. All of this data is stored into a cloud-based database that allows them to manage their influencers in one place. From the database, we built automations that allow them to mass email influencers to gather interest for a particular brand deal, which saves their team hours each week and allows the Innovo Management team to be more effective in their work.
